Uploading a Prescription

Have a physical or digital prescription from your vet clinic? No problem! You can easily upload a photo or a PDF of it to upon checkout. We can also reach out to your vet clinic to get a copy, but we’ll need you to update your account with the best email address to reach your vet clinic at, so we can get this process moving along! If you have already reached out to your vet clinic and had them fax the prescription to one of our pharmacy partners, that will make getting your order a breeze!

Keep in mind that this verification can take some time. To speed things up, ask your prescriber to fax the prescription directly to one of our pharmacy partners. We have pharmacy partners in the following provinces:

Instructions on How To Upload Your Prescription

1. Create an account with Furble! If you haven’t already, sign up for your free account.
2. Add your items to your shopping cart. Browse our products and add everything you need.
3. Go to the checkout page. Look for the “Upload Prescription” button just above the “Continue with Payment” button and click it.
4. Fill out the form. A simple form will appear. Complete the form and submit it.

Once your prescription has been successfully submitted, it is now in the process of being verified by our team. This is a necessary step to ensure we comply with Canadian regulations, which require us to confirm the validity of all prescriptions before we can process your order.

This verification process is usually quick, but the timeline can vary. We appreciate your patience and will send you a confirmation email as soon as the verification is complete and your order is ready!
