Get a prescription from your vet
Visit your vet like you normally would. If they prescribe a medication, ask them to fax it to one of our partner pharmacies. This can be e-faxed to 1-855-242-5838. If faxing the prescription is not possible, please contact us and we will help guide you through this process.

Log in and add your medication to cart
Once the prescription has been faxed, log into your Furble account, find the correct product, and add it to your cart. Be sure the item and dosage match what your vet prescribed.

Complete checkout
Go through the checkout as usual. Your card will be pre-authorized, but you won’t be charged until the prescription is validated.

We verify the prescription
Furble and our pharmacy partner confirm that your order matches what was prescribed. If it doesn’t, we’ll be in touch.

Your order is filled and shipped
Once validated, we bill your card and the product is ordered from our supplier. Our pharmacy partner counsels the client, dispenses the medication, and ships it.
